• The problem was in one part of the business providing a supply and install service.
• Lack of management understanding was resulting in incorrect pricing and incorrect accounting

The solution included

• Separating what was a contracting business form the supply business
• Facilitating training for the management in that part of the business so that their
enthusiasm was backed up by some contracting knowledge
• Changing process and procedure for that part of the business to properly reflect a contracting business
• Maintain an overview for some months until fully settled.
